The Rumtoo Dual Drive™ Crackermill is engineered to transform clean rubber feedstock into valuable fine mesh powder with unparalleled precision. It processes 1/4” – 5/16” [6 – 8 mm] rubber chips into consistent material sizes from 10-80 mesh [2000 – 177 microns], ideal for a wide range of advanced applications.
The unique cutting and milling action is produced by two large, counter-rotating rolls. Each roll is independently driven by a variable frequency drive, allowing their speeds to be varied. This speed differential, known as the **”Friction Ratio,”** is the key to our machine’s superior performance, allowing for complete optimization of the grinding process for any material specification.
